perhaps.

I couldn't find any news articles on vote flipping from DEM to GOP,
only GOP to DEM over at Voters Unite.

And since 2009, all cases in media were GOP to DEM.

So that could be why DEMS didn't get up in arms.

Plus, it is very expensive to file suits (100K-200K) and hard to win,
because state election officials also have experts and top legal representation.
