1. E-voting fraud is a threat to worldwide democracy
This is a serious threat to every democracy. Yet our Congress does nothing in the USA to ensure that our voting machines are tamper proof, secure and can not be manipulated. The single most important aspect of voting is confidence in the legitimacy of the results. Nothing else should matter even if it takes a day or two to count and verify the ballots.

Once the voting machines can be manipulated the vote of the people means nothing and that allows a government to usurp the right of the people.
