3. There is no need to "invent" a new voting machine
That's the point; the lever machines were/are essentially perfect. It's a shame more people haven't seen the way they really work. They are a thing of beauty, will redundant counting and tallying systems. No way to rig them. They should be reinstated in every polling place.
