IRV MAKES IT EASIER TO CONCEAL ELECTION FRAUD, BECAUSE THE COUNTING IS SO CONVOLUTED.

IRV REQUIRES CENTRAL COUNTING OF VOTES, MAKING ELECTION FRAUD MUCH MUCH EASIER.
