That's nice, but it's not the outside tampering they need to be worried about. The DOD will have total control over the delivery of these votes, and presumably be able to see how soldiers vote. And it would be trivially easy for the DOD or rogue elements with access to the system to modify votes. While were at it, each vote is going to end up sitting on some poorly-secured web server at the some county office, where it will surely be a piece of cake for local officials to delete or alter it as well. I see a recipe for more election mayhem in November.
