11. BDFs have yet to be tested

The latest word I have is that K. Dent has not released the CF memory cards or the PEBs, which were supposedly locked away since ED. So, they have yet to conduct a comprehensive review of the BDFs, which is clearly where the problem lies. While all of the audit work so far is great overall progress, they have yet to investigate those items most likely at the root of the problems in HR13.

Unfortunately, I do not believe that any of the proposed team members have any experience with the ES&S iVotronic. So, it will probably be a while before they are able to isolate or replicate the problem, if at all.
