25. All I'm Saying is We Should Use Our Judgment
There is incomplete evidence of fraud. It should be investigated. However, a lot of time is spent on red herrings and bogus arguments. (It's not only DU -- Greg Palast himself, who I admire, made a flat-out and completely unsupportable claim that Kerry had won Ohio simply because there were slightly more outstanding ballots than the official margin. That's ridiculous.)

A clear example has been posted here of a major outlet looking at DU discussion threads, finding them lacking, and concluding that there's nothing to the charges of fraud. That makes it much more difficult for legitimate arguments to succeed. We should pursue the issue in a way that helps, not hurts.

I HAVE spent time investigating the details, and hate to see solid leads get dismissed because a lot of people are going off hack-cocked and making claims based on their hears, not their heads.
