who conceded the next morning? Couldn't he at least wait a few days? Did he know that morning that Repugnants were entering numbers into computers just the night before, numbers like 4,000 or 6,000 votes for Bush without bothering to even check that there were only 400 or 600 registered voters in those particular precincts?
