6. Can we get Max Cleland on board with any of this or what?
Most of you should know by now that machine accessibility for disabled voters is being used effectively as a wedge issue to push the implementation of paperless, unverifiable DREs.

What better spokesman for our side (if he could be recruited) than Max Cleland, and what better time than now, given the revelations about elections in his state. He may have lost his Senate seat to these machines in 2002, but even if this cannot be proven, he would make an excellent advocate for voter-verified paper ballots (or DRE VVPATs) as well as accessible voting.

Does anyone have any influence with this patriot who lost three limbs in Viet Nam only to be maligned by the chicken hawks?
