First, I only learned of this new thread in the last couple of days. I had agreed to return to the earlier thread to answer questions, which I have done. I did not know of this thread and therefore was unable to respond to questions.

Second, there are some good and substantive questions about our research being asked in this thread. I urge the posters to collect their thoughts and to draft a letter to ESI and we will do our best to answer your questions.
