I have had this happen almost on a weekly basis at least once. It is when your mind cannot hold up under the "2+2=5" system. What you do is this, no joke... works for me:

1). No news, news forums, ugly or disturbing pictures, sad movies, or in general, no media other than... comedies (but not satire); trash mags/tabloids only...gossip things; work on your hobby or work on some project.

2). Do this for 72 hours.

3). When you come back, come back slowely... first the forums, then the TV, etc.

4). Remember, that you are not alone, you are not insane, and you are living in the real world... the rest is BS. Do not doubt yourself on that account.
