They have a strong case for fraud, dirty tricks, malfeasance of officials, widespread suppression of minorities,etc. They just need to publicize their case more. They haven't been effective at that, being more involved in the litigation case. But the Blackwell disinformation won't be effective if they educate the public about what really went on:

Its time someone worked on educating the Media, public, and congress about the extent of the fraud, dirty tricks, and suppression.
