10. Interesting in theory...but no real effect
The biggest effect will be that your power control center people will say.. "hmmm thats interesting"

This happens all the time when the power goes down in an area, and then comes back the grids are well designed for it.

btw, to be most effective, cut off the power at the mains, otherwise your house will still be drawing power through various sources.
