Bush vote gains and BBV technology?

Do we know by percent of machines, counties or per capita the extent of BBV deployment in each state?

How about spoilage analysis due to antiquated/defective voting technologies affecting the Kerry vote?

I'm sure exit poll analysis would be interesting too, since its the only secondary measure we have....
