23. Can we recall Reps who vote to certify this election?
But can't Congressional Representatives and Senators be recalled by voters? We need our elected officials to stand up in Congress and refuse to certify this election--and we should let them know that if they vote to annoint a thief who stole the election, we'll be circulating petitions to get recall initiatives on the ballots.
