16. Great idea. There was a local couple on the news a
few days ago with the same problem. The kids ride the ATVs across the road from them on vacant property, if they yell at the kids they get the finger, they tell their parents they tell them to go f-- themselves. They call the Sheriff the little suckers take off thru the woods and get away. It's been going on for a couple years and they can't stop it.
