until the are REAL penalties for abusing animals, this shit will continue. But I guess this was in a country that allows clubbing baby seals to death, it shouldn't come as a surprise that it would only lead to a slap on the wrist. As for the death penalty, I wouldn't protest it, that's for damn sure. It's amazing, BTW, how many serial killers abused animals as children and teenagers. It is an early indication that these psychos need help, and fast.
