The link will probably only work a few more days so I have posted the entire short piece.

Suder gets court order
Brabazon offended by assault remarks
Clark County Judge Jon Counsell granted Rep. Scott Suder’s request for a restraining order Monday.
Ex-girlfriend Lisa Brabazon, 32, Wausau, is also ordered not use Suder’s name or identification in any way, not to use his financial accounts, not to possess a firearm, and not to disseminate any documents of Suder’s she might have.
Suder filed the request after Brabazon, his former live-in girlfriend, admittedly broke into his home Sept. 27 to look for a handgun. It was not in the home at the time.
Refuting accustations
Brabazon contacted the The Record-Review last week to clarify some statements Suder made to the newspaper.
“I’ve been Scott Suder’s girlfriend for almost two years and all the sudden accusations are being made which are false,” she said in a voicemail.
Brabazon went on to challenge Suder’s insinuation that she had not been assaulted. She said she was “brutally sexually assaulted last summer” which resulted in her arm being dislocated, a cut and hair pulled from her head, and a severe cut on her back.
She went on to say she was treated at St. Clare’s in Weston and visited by a Wausau detective in the hospital. She offered to provide hospital and police records and photographs of her injuries to back this up.
Brabazon said she was disgusted with Suder’s actions and did not know if it was him or his lawyers making the accusations.
“This is very rude what he’s doing,” she said. “There’s a game going on and I don’t like it. I don’t like how it’s being played.
“This is very personal. It hurts deeply. This is wrong of him. This is just so wrong.”
Brabazon did not return the newspaper’s follow-up phone calls this week.
