| 21. I have a feeling they've got a crowd of temps in the office |

cleaning up a mess and doing things by hand. Looks like they had outsourced some of the web stuff and they weren't keeping track of it. I hope dues money wasn't sent astray, but nothing would surprise me. When you get two error messages in a row, then call in and they tell you to call back in a week and a half- and then they can't figure it out, it sounds like something is very wrong.
