Nothing is fair for Joe Miller, (Sarah's right arm) in his home town of Fairbanks. The judge ruled against Joe Miller.
And the trial will be held in Juneau where the votes are stored. Miller was in court himself to experience the ruling.
Not at all a good day for Miller ,Sarah and the Alaska TeaPees.

Sarah Palin will be rearranging her schedule. When she said everything to lose,she wasn't really talking about Alaska or the people of Alaska. All or nothing is what it is.Miller's efforts are without a doubt self serving, and that is the very thing Miller and Palin share in common or as a team.There is no one up and one down.And
there is no way Palin can step away from the very problem she herself created. Sarah is Joe.Joe says what Sarah says Joe says. Joe Says he is not not perfect he is you.

And so the question is ,what does Joe say next ? At all cost comes to mind.Yes Chris Vance over there in Moscow Wa. Grab them phone books and hunt down both the good and the bad votes. Sarah's got about ten million on hand now. And plenty more engagements.But can she pass it around same as I am not a witch I am you and I am not perfect ,I am you ? Can she boot strap it in, in a punishing sort of a way ? John is impressed by Sarah, he thinks she is doing a good job. Revenge motivation runs deep no doubt. John has experience in bailing out though, Sarah doesn't ..Big difference between bailing out and quiting. Yep, John knows just how to blow the top off ,what you call eject out. In the end he must be loyal.
But for now, John says Sarah is doing a pretty good job. Pretty Good.

Yep, it's a tough battle when both ways are the same way. I wonder if Sarah can sing as bad as Madonna ?Hell Madonna was into her thirties when she took professional voice lessons ,for all the good it didn't do. Maybe she was 40 ! I wonder if Sarah can actually carry a tune ! Joe Miller's song !
