I wasn't aware of the fracking OR the controversy about it last year either. But I will say that there seems to be an awful lot of evidence mounting about the detrimental effects of this fracking practice and there's probably no coincidence that this 'eartchquake' happened where this is taking place. In fact this fracking/drilling relationship to earthquakes has come up before in other parts of Texas and yet it STILL goes on!
