then he'll be the guy carrying the Voter ID legislation through the House. Ask Pete Gallego or Trey Martinez Fisher how they feel about that one. My guess is that's heat even El Renegado Gordo can't fade.

But again, he won't be running again in HD-40. He's running for Congress in 2012 in one of the new seats especially gerrymandered for him.
