According to Judge Roberts, sitting in his confirmation hearing today, and the Washington Post, purveyors of falsehoods that they can't say are lies, that should be sufficient for him to walk if the prosecution can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Brown believed in his heart of hearts that such a course of action would result in his wife's death.
