90. Liberal in small town Oklahoma
I moved to N.E. Oklahoma almost 3 years ago. I think I may have made a HUGE mistake! I left Southern California after living there for 35 years. Primary reason for the move was to be with the love of my life. Have to admit I like the cost of living out here better than CA.

I live in a town of about 600 people, and would guess that 98% are 'conservative'. I can not have a conversation with anyone. Very sad to be in an area where everything is 'Obama's fault'.

Would really like to talk with others who might have left a large Left Coast city and moved to the midwest. So glad I just found DU site as it seems I am not the only one in this position.
