Reply #32: I have family spread out all over the place

and they can be a little lazy about politics. So I take it upon myself to call different campaigns about getting bumperstickers or other crap that I then send to my family members. At the very least it reminds them that they should vote and who they should vote for. Regardless, I'd say people from these campaigns call me back about 20% of the time and send me the stuff they say they will about 20% of the time. It is annoying but I try to remindsmyself that they are

1. probably unpaid volunteers
2. probably a bit overwhelmed
3. probably hearing from hundreds of people like me

It is easy to get lost in the shuffle.
