Cox flip flops on immigrant drivers' licenses

Just got this forwarded to me from the Michigan Public Radio Network:

Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox says there is no reason in the law for the Secretary of State to deny driver's licenses to thousands of guest workers, researchers and refugees in the country on temporary visas. Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land says a legal opinion from Cox forced her to change the rules last month. Cox's statement today (Tue.) is at odds with that.
