A friend of mine strained her back after doing the 20 hour straight threw drive. Now some bed rest might of fixed it but she went to a chiropractor within six months she was in the hospital having pins put in. Yet I still have dozen on friends that swear by their chiropractor they have been going for years.... Me I'll take a professional masseuse and occasionally and amateur masseuse. At least my massage ends with a smile not a hospital visit.
