27. All they have to do is make him run right at the thin edge of dehydration.
As a bonus, it would make him logy and keep him from blowing up at the slightest provocation, which must be a major concern for his handlers, right now. Either that, or maybe they'll put him in an immense hamster wheel and just force him to run on it for a few hours earlier in the day. I honestly think they wear him out physically to keep him from looking even twitchier and more anxiety-ridden than he already is. If they 'sweat him out' before the debates, he might almost pass out on camera, but he won't sweat.
