21. 4th paragraph is wrong. Parlock has been disrupting since at least 1996
Using the same M.O., Parlock has been disrupting Democratic rallies for years, and to date, this pattern can be documented to at least 1996.

For Parlock to allege that the supposed IUPAT "anti-war demonstrations outside of West Virginia Bush rallies in which Parlock and his family had been in attendance" inspired him to stage something is simply incorrect -- he has a documented history of pulling similar stunts since 1996, at least.

Parlock knows exactly what he's doing, but someone isn't being altogether honest or informed about how and why he's doing it.
