We're supposed to cheer - escalation in Afghanistan, keeping extraordinary rendition in place, keeping secret wiretaps in place, bailing out wall st. but cutting most of the bail out for main st., no changes to DADT, no changes to DOMA? All of those are Bush area programs that he is standing up for. Criticizing these is divisive? Then why the hell did we elect him if we cheer him for the immoral Bush programs that he's continuing? We cheer him when he does something progressive and fuss when he's a corporatist. That is right and proper, in my book.
