Belts are often worn to emphasize the waist, or just because the wearer likes belts. Frankly, what purpose do necklackes or braclets serve? They accessorize, as do belts. Sometimes they're good and sometimes, not so much.
Fashion is very subjective. What is to one person "AMAZING!" is to another person "HIDEOUS."
This is not my favorite outfit, but I don't HATE it either.
Love it or hate it, Drudge doesn't know shit about anything, particularly fashion.

My guess is that she's wearing a bullet-proof vest under her clothes. |

Why is she wearing TWO belts? It's hideous. But it's her choice to wear it. |
