169. Frank has too much seniority in the House to start over in the Senate
He's a major player on any banking legislation as Chairman of the Financial Services Committee and on non-banking issues he plays a role because of his seniority within the caucus.

He could be even more powerful if he had that kind of seniority in the Senate but at his age that's not a possibility.
