You've got to do it right - get the Secretary of State of a swing state to deny sufficient voting machines to the most populous counties and disenfranchise a huge number of people, while at the same time send excess voting machines out to the boondocks where all the religious fundamentalists live. Then refuse to extend the voting hours because people had been standing out in the rain for hours trying to vote (in said populous - read lower income - neighborhoods).

Now THAT'S voter fraud.
