I'm not justifying child molestation. However, take a company with 10,000+ people and there are going to be some rapists, child molesters, sociopaths, etc. there. That doesn't justify it, but it is more a statement of the character of the individual than the institution.

If the leadership attempts to weed out corruption and abuse, then I will still support them. If they try to cover it up I will not.
