38. Why he would be *proud* of this legislation
or how he has handled the process is a mystery to me. However, at least as far as I'm concerned, I'll be happy if he gets a POS bill out of committee rather than nothing at all just so that we can keep the process alive and moving. What he finally puts out there stands absolutely no chance of passing anyway and none of the Republicans are going to vote for it anyway.
