Gates irate response to being questioned in his own home, that he arrested him? Didn't think so.

His actions don't mean he's necessarily a racist, in fact, supported facts say he's not (attempt to save Reggie Lewis 15 years ago with mouth-to-mouth), but what they do show me is that he's a standard cop who arrests anyone for yelling at him...

I don't think those kind of cops are very humble. They are too proud and they should understand the situation they're in - for example - an aged cane-wielding black man taking great offense to being accused in his own home of being a burglar.
