23. Gee. What a.... costume.
And the tattoos! I hate to say this, but that "artwork" looks like he got drunk and passed out cold and his buddies had some fun with a Sharpie all over him.

I'm terribly unimpressed, I'm afraid.

That said, I'm sure he doesn't give a shit what I think. I'm not in his target demographic!
