We have created this situation. It seems that the people do NOT want these people on the soil of their states (fear always wins with the populace of course).

If we decide, as a people, that our Constitution does or doesn't rule our nation, then we are deficient in our own governing.

Do we believe in habeas corpus? The statement against restriction to suspension of habeus corpus in our Constitution (except in cases of invasion or rebellion) is in the FIRST article of that document, not even in the ten amendments to it. Is THIS what we want?
