BTW, it means nothing because he does not show it will NEVER work, and you cannot prove it will NEVER work (which was the question). Scarborough knows you cannot prove a negative, and this is why he continues to ask this question. While your example is correct, it is only ONE case, and this is the issue with these types of questions. Once you give this example, the next question becomes: tell me it NEVER works.

So, while I generally do not like Shrum, good for them if they understood it is NOT the question.
