5. Obama has never been on the right side of this issue.

He has equivocated, stalled, hemmed and hawed and passed the buck on torture consistently since taking power. He has had no stomach for holding the bushies accountable for anything, least of all crimes against humanity.

Today, he just made his position official. He is a co-conspirator in covering up war crimes.

Now he can look forward, not back, and get on with the important businesses of ceding official ownership of the country to Goldman Sachs.
