1. The Daily Show did a piece on this recently. Everyone they talked to looked like a complete idiot.

Two of the students thought Benjamin Franklin was a president. One student said we should only give honorary degrees to heads of state and people like that.

Of course, you never know how The Daily Show folks are manipulating the interviews, but they sure had plenty to work with apparently.
