You really need to read the DU rules. There's nothing that forbids constructive criticism of Democrats and there's nothing that forbids people from advocating a primary challenge. The only thing the rules forbid is advocating the defeat of a Democratic candidate for office. If Specter becomes the Democratic nominee it will be against the rules to advocate his defeat. Until then, not so much.
BTW, I'm very glad Specter switched parties and trust that the President knew what he was doing when he promised him no primary challenges.
