7. I'm not sure that the WH website is capable of this yet.
I'm sure he wasn't expecting to find the WH run by Commodore 64's when he made this promise. Hell, the entire WH was without basic e-mail for 24 hrs. earlier this week.

So while I do hope that this plan is eventually implemented, I'm cutting the administration a lot of slack right now.
