97. Not all of them...
The Supreme Court made a really bad decision that allowed the candidates veto power over whether the improperly rejected absentee ballots should be counted, as a result about 400 votes that should have been counted were not counted. These votes would have likely gone in Franken's direction though, and even if they were to go in Coleman's direction they would not provide anywhere close to enough of a net gain to change these results.
