7. I don't know what he's back tracked on?
The only thing I can think of is the windfall profits tax and if gas is at 1.00 a gallon there are really no windfall profits to tax.

He never said how he'd end the Bush tax cuts on the wealthy whether he would let them expire or repeal them.
