37. That line sounds kind of like it's outdated
Either that or it sounds kind of like them saying "Come on GOP you have to step it up and stop Obama from getting his agenda through congress, stand up to Obama", except the last part of it (Cannot serve as our next commander in chief) doesn't go with that.
