Why do some people feel that if you work in any type of customer service-oriented field that you are required to just sit back and take it up the ass from the insane public? Having worked retail ( and I understand that this is not as intimate of a customer-employee situation as yours is ) and dealing with cranky, uppity assholes every day I can understand your frustration. My only concern would be if this moron were to file a complaint against you...she seems like the type to do so.
