11. well, they do, except you can't have it
this machine had a paper verification that used paper like the atm receipt printer - except it scrolls back into the machine. Then in case of need to recount, they take out the paper and read it, rather than just ask the machine to tell the same lie it did the first time.

But I guess getting your own personal paper copy would be over the top - there have never been such even with the old lever-pull machines, or real "ballot boxes."
