Especially relative to the remaining Christians who might think so.
Chances are, those particular Christians have no clue that Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet of God and that the Islamic Allah is the same God that Christians supposedly strive to honor.

Hey, at least they aren't accusing him of being an atheist! ;)
