6. NO. But most good polls use population weighing to obtain statistically
ballanced result. Precice initial sub-sample numbers are not relevant unless the sub-sample size is too small to support probabilities.

That is why they do a larger sample of Independents that is reflected
in the population -- so that they can make statistically valid
comments regarding that important group.
